πOn Day 12, our final Advent door opens The Gift of Stories. Fraser reflects on what has shaped Care Opinion for 20 years by thanking those who share their experiences, those who respond with care, and those who turn listening into learning and change.

Re-reading this story a year on, especially with Christmas coming around again, it still has an impact. It captures a moment of care that stayed with the family after they went home together on Boxing Day, and it continues to move those who come across it a year later.

π Day 11 is special as we share a blog from our very first team member, @miriamra.bsky.social, looking back on 20 years of @careopinion.org.uk and what it means to build change that lasts.

πDay 4 explores the side of Care Opinion many people never see: the stories shared with us by phone. This season of listening highlights how meaningful it is when someone chooses to share their experience; a gift that helps us all learn and improve care.

Some of our lovely team sharing why they love working at @careopinion.org.uk! β¨ #SocialEnterprise #OrganisationalCulture π
Our analysis of @careopinion.org.uk data showed how much patients have internalised these inaccurate campaigns about inappropriate use of A&E. I really believe that this nonsense, and war metaphors, harm patient experience in already miserable situations.
On my shift at @oxfordmutualaid.bsky.social on Monday we had virtually no fruit or veg, virtually nothing in the fridges, and low stocks of bread. This is partly because of so many recent emergency requests for food parcels, way more than usual.
Just back from an inspiring week with @careopinionau.bsky.social.
Different countries, different systems, but the same truth: when people share their stories and staff listen with care, real change happens. Huge thanks to the CO Australia team

Great development, with some fantastic individual and organisational supporters. Please share widely, and put 28 March in your diary for a march in London
Loved reading @tracymol.bsky.social's latest blog on her visit to Sligo/Leitrim and Donegal Mental Health Services. Fantastic work happening there, such inspiring teams!β¨ www.careopinion.ie/blogposts/22... @careopinion.org.uk #HSE #onlinefeedback #SocEnt
On Care Opinion, stories arenβt just good or bad. Theyβre personal.
One story thanked the Asha Centre at #WHSCT and suggested a small change about the butter. The service listened and responded with a change: www.careopinion.org.uk/1389147#1404...
Even small changes can have a real impact.
Thinking about online patient feedback...
In some orgs it's data: log, count, report.
In some it's cases: listen, resolve, close.
In some it's culture: learn, improve, be open.
Celebrating @careopinion.org.uk and all the social enterprises putting people and planet before profit.π
