This is obviously addressed for other US citizens, primarily those with privilege, and especially conservatives whose party is most complicit in enabling the president.

And if you don't think it's okay and you still aren't speaking out, then you are a coward who is enabling it.

If you think there is any truth to what DHS or Trump has said about Alex Pretti, either you are actively suppressing rational thought or you haven't watched the videos.

If you believe that the DHS and Trump are lying and you think that's okay, you are failing this country.

National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

I was telling a friend just yesterday that what gives me hope is how our communities are coming together and the extent of what they're doing - which goes well beyond what's described here.

I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.
