I'm posting this for the men who don't think this happens ALL the TIME to women who don't behave like their unpaid life facilitators for unrecognised genie-arses or against-all-odds enthusiasm-programmed sex robot accosted by a stranger.

Gotta say, the path from HR to COO is not well trodden.

COP30 has ended and the world still has no plan to wean itself off fossil fuels. Pretty sure I know where Australia stood in those discussions.

I agree with your thesis that it is at least the right step. If it’s an empty gesture that’ll become clear pretty quickly as well.

One of the things I enjoy about a Test Match is that they last for five days… when they last for five days.

My thoughts on the dismissal of the Whitlam govt. 50 years later - the language of the dismissal has shifted to now acknowledge, as the PM described, a β€˜calculated plot’ to remove an elected govt #auspol johnmenadue.com/post/2025/11...

I hope Darwin doesn’t live through the same this time around. Tracey was awful.

As Cyclone Fina bears down on Darwin I’m reminded that my paternal grandfather and his brother were caught up in Cyclone Tracey in β€˜74. They were stuck in their caravan, which had been blown on its side, trapping them for three days.

What’s your expectation here? Will they be given a decent chance to lead (Ley doesn’t seem to be) or is something else going on?

State Library proposes major cuts to staff and services The library plans halve the number of reference librarians it employs and reduce the number of computers available for public use in a move that has outraged staff.

#Victorians! Our State Library is being trashed by a series of executives with no experience or understanding of public collections. Many hired as 'temps' without full process, who then caused scandals & exodus of specialist & librarian staff: a full wreck looms. www.theage.com.au/national/vic...

Well, it’s been eventful, that’s for sure. Right now you could argue that England didn’t play to the conditions, but Tests go five days for a reason. They at least played with intent and some flair; while it lasted.
