Wellness weirdies will say that pasteurization kills all the beneficial nutrients in milk but wouldn't that same logic say then that heating ANYTHING would also kill beneficial nutrients?

I started out in the tech field at a private govtech software company. So many of these government employees were actually the ones giving a shit and making things work on a day to day basis. I hope muskrat gets run over by one of his own cyber trucks.

I don't think a lot of people realize how this fuckery of hijacking and obliterating govt agencies will also cause a lot of job loss in the private sector. A LOT of software companies have government contracts for things like records, communications, etc.

Protect your peace at all costs! Your friend is going through a tough time? Remind them that your boundaries include not supporting them ever because it makes you uncomfy :(

Can't afford to live? Scared of losing your rights? Uncertain of the future? Nah babe that's not by design, it's just trauma! You gotta heal your inner child! Don't read into it too much just buy my overpriced book and share my cute infographics on social!

I also think a lot of these popular "pop psychologists" are plants/paid off to push the narrative that most of our problems are individual, and not heavily systemic.

I'm actually fairly certain that the whole "don't ask your friends for help/you don't owe anyone anything" ideology we see online is a calculated strategy by the ruling class to discourage people from building community.
