If you mean adventure wise when I was on vacation once, I went on the Royal Gorge Skycoaster they call it the World’s Scariest Skycoaster. It was pretty wild..

I had surgery to repair a posterior labral tear and tighten my hip (capsular plication) because my hip was chronically unstable and dislocating.
