The Workers Solidarity Circle, which Black Cat is apart of, blew our fundraiser for underground abortion access out of the water! Over 20,000 dollars raised! Thank you so much to everyone who donated and came out for this fundraiser. Abortion is a labor issue and the labor movement is fighting back!

The recent restrictions on abortion access drive home the importance of all issues of bodily autonomy: Parents don’t own their children, husbands don’t own their wives, and governments don’t own trans people!

Today, abortion is criminalized in 20 of 50 states in the US, either via strict restrictions or wholesale bans. With a goal of raising $10k, the Abortion Access Underground fundraiser will support an existing mutual aid network that facilitates self-managed abortions in states where they’re illegal.
