I know a few young teachers that went out there tbh, as they struggled to get jobs in the UK. They hoped the experience would help them long term. Think some ppl are being extremely naive and generalist in outlooks.

My babys spanish sensory teacher (only in her 20s) stuck their with her husband, they have a 3yr old daughter at home being minded by their parents. It must be absolutely terrifying for them.

This is why the 'leave the rich tax dodgers to it' argument doesn't really stack up. They'll pay their way out as thats pocket change to them, its every day folk, holiday makers, young families chasing opportunitys like teachers that will be those left bearing the onslaught of bombs.
