Consistency is SO HARD, which then only spirals with the "I've lost my style/mo, and now I don't like my art and feel blocked and stuck and avoid it more and perpetuate the cycle.." ..starting small and for fun is often the only way back. Be gentle 📶💗

Totally! There are so many moving parts and pipelines to most games, it hard to validate in early dev.. My personal answer to this is making things as community-involved as possible during the development process to help build interest and connection, but ofc this won't work with every project.
