The one account that got deleted the other day was a legit account as I have followed and spoken with them for some time, but I did't see their msg til their acc was deleted. This one looked hacked too. So sad & maddening

Maybe he wears it or carries it on him at all times, but as a trinket or pendant or in part of his arm or something, so that he always has it, but it's only used/revealed as an ear piece on certain occasions and when deemed safe to reveal it?

Most of the time, meditation / being quiet with some chill music, journaling, and/or self-Reiki—I am a certified practitioner, but, unfortunately, I do not spend as much time on my Reiki and energy work practices as I'd like to either though.. which would prolly help the others.
