In 2008 we published an obit of Polish social worker Irena Sendler who in 1942โ3 played a vital, brave, and very professional role in the rescue of 2500 Jewish babies and children from the Warsaw ghetto. In celebration of Irena, and in memory of the victims of the Holocaust: https://buff.ly/4gk304q
