Today was a Bad Dayβ’, this month is about to be the most stressful one I ever have, but it's necessary
Out of 18 exercises I did the last 3 days I got PBs on 12 of them. I'm exhausted. Body is fatigued. It's rest/steps day tomorrow instead of attempting a 5k run to not cause injury to myself π«Άπ»
