Maybe I would rather see a new adaptation of a book I love. (Obviously I wish for my own but also when will someone give me the Liveship Traders. I know dragons and ships would be so expensive but the heart wants what it wants! The heart wants dragons and ships.)
So my #btvs reboot not going ahead thoughts - I’m sad because I love Buffy so much! I would have watched it. I liked Chloe Zhao’s Hamnet too, it was a lovely adaptation. But I did have fear in my heart. Many reboots have been… reblots on the landscape.
I feel this on a spiritual and financial level!
