Maxim Kruglov, deputy leader of Yabloko — Russia’s last remaining opposition party — joins a long list of Russians jailed for speaking out against Putin’s war in Ukraine.

At today’s meeting with Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Theodoros Rousopoulos. Now that the resolution has been adopted, the process of forming the Russian democratic delegation to PACE is entering the practical phase.
