Insanity is happening all around us & we are acting as if, having no other option but to sleep on the streets is a freaking crime.
We keep doing the same thing over & over every year. FUND THESE ORGZ THAT HAVE NO OVERSITE WITH MILLIONS, and yet every year our homelessness increases😕🙄😢.

IF WE ALLOW THIS ORDINANCE TO CONTINUE, IT WILL COST THE CITY $103 MILLION A YEAR.
