As you may know I despise the dictatorship that is Netflix, they absolutely suck. So I built my own TV box that can pull TV stations from every part of the world. In this case I'm watching the Canadian Cartoon Network, which is the only Cartoon Network feed left in the world that still airs Pokemon.

The app doesn't sell its plan within discord so there is no money being made on discord either. After examining the app everything is handled on the ai's website itself.

Partnerships don't make it first party. It just means discord is showing support for the project. If discord doesn't make the app themselves in any compactly it's not first party

Wouldn't it also make more sense to make the user who entered the prompt fully accountable for generating the prompt instead of blaming the ai itself? I feel we're not giving any attention to the people who made the prompts and they're getting away with it.

The Shapes AI bots did this stuff and they ended up getting eliminated off discord. An example discord takes this subject seriously. Discord is very strict on what AI is allowed to do. The AI is not allowed to train without the user knowing the AI does that.
