As much as she has scolded the Exarch for never resting, she seems to not take much of her own advice, once more pushing herself too hard and not letting even a fever stop her.

"I feel perfectly fine, Lex," she insists, though her head feels about to split in twain. "You have no reason to fuss."

as she pulls back to look at him, a faint smile on her face.

"I offered to be the one to test it... I should have ended up at the Crystal Tower, but I ended up in Sharlayan instead. Lest you worry, my soul is still within my body." Though she isn't entirely sure how to get back...

"Gaia is an ascian, and she wanted to see if she could use portals like they do to cross the rift." A risky process since she had no practice nor had she ever been on another shard herself, but if there was a chance it could work...

She doesn't want to let go of G'raha, but her grip slowly loosens

There's a part of her that wants to cry, just at the thought that he's alive and well, not a crystallized statue at the top of a tower, and that he's apparently missed her, too, even with all his new adventures.

Despite her best efforts, there's a slight choke in her voice.

She'd missed him... Gods how she missed her father.

Nerves creep in ever further when he turns to look at her. She knew he'd be shocked, but the anxiousness doesn't ease as her lilac eyes search his face for any hint of displeasure at seeing her-- for any trace of pain.

But she struggles to find it.

To say she feels nervous is a rather gross understatement as she looks at the mystel from afar. Erenville had contacted one of the Scions prior on her behalf in order to set up the meeting, but keeping Lyna's identity a secret from him, lest the surprise be ruined, +

"How long is the boat ride to Tural, exactly?" She's starting to get a little nervous, having never been on a boat so big before, though she's excited in equal measure.
