As well as collaborative tools helping to manage mixes, masters and cover art with your engineers and artists.

I have a strong distaste for anything using iLOK, though it is slightly better to have 1 Auth app for multiple plugins.

Other than fabfilter though, I don’t use much else in terms of paid VSTs.

Ive learned that I don’t need much more than the fabfilter suite. They are among the more expensive sellers, but have consistent sales (every Black Friday), and a great bundle / discount strategy. I was able to combine my student discount and the BFCM discount for 75% off a couple years ago.

And we’ll use “legacy pricing” models where if at any point we need to increase pricing, your individual pricing will be grandfathered in and won’t change as long as your plan is active (per feature, so if you want to expand, only the new module will have the new price)

We will be doing closed betas (where you can use the features being tested without paying for them) and as a reward for testing we might introduce “tester pricing” where depending on the feature and cost of hosting you’ll get discounts

This business and all of the source code will be open source from the start, even if you can’t afford to pay for the simplicity of letting us host for you, you can host it yourself.
All pricing will be modular, you will only pay for what you actually use.

Coming from a Bose QC35 Series II, the XM6 noise cancelling is in a different league. No comparison.

Also the qc doesn’t have transparency and the xm6 transparency is great (not AirPods Max level but really good nonetheless)
