Dem legislators tell @marshallglasses.bsky.social that Gov Polis will delay any clemency for Tina Peters until after a sentence review. Polis' most controversial commutation circumvented a similar court ruling. That 2021 decision, attacked by conservatives, is now being cited by Peters' supporters.
