Definitely aligns with the values of the Liberal Party.

Probably at the direction of Minns, who isn't enjoying the negative attention.

16.02.2026 04:44 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0FMD! Facebook is absolutely awash with Poorleen Hanson.
Multiple posts with idiotic polls about her being preferred PM, or how No Notion are going to sweep into power.
Bots galore, all feeding grievance fuel into the echo chamber.
All clearly designed to manipulate the ignorant and stupid.
Ahhh... the good old "selective" international law, which can be wielded against Mali, Sudan, DRC, Lebanon, North Korea, Belarus, Yemen, to name but a few.
But definitely not Israel, despite decades of occupation, inhumanity and genocide.

We'd also have a shitload more money to spend on things that are important to Australians, like; housing, health, education, transport, welfare, etc.
15.02.2026 21:45 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I worked in emergency planning for many years.
Most of Aussies are sensible and follow the scientific advice.
We always knew @5-6% would refuse and not comply. I suspect that is closer to 10-15% now, due to the spread of misinformation.
The next pandemic will be far worse because of these idiots.
They are incredibly strong. I have one that regularly visits my yard, and in it's hunt for ants, is more than capable of brushing aside 8-10kg rocks that border the garden beds.
15.02.2026 11:40 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0WTF is wrong with Albo and the ALP's strategists? Don't they see that nobody wants this massive fucking AUKUS boondoggle?
We'd all rather see money OUR spent on health, education, housing, infrastructure, lifting people out of poverty, than a bunch of redundant subs we'll never actually see.
We recently saw it on the streets in Sydney.
15.02.2026 04:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It should work that way. After all, WE pay their salary and their very generous packages, including; offices, staff, travel, accommodation, meals, etc.
Yet, we are prioritised well below the party donors.
The most confounding part is that so many voters know this but still vote for them anyway. π
Hopefully someone will ask the courts to rule on the validity of this section of the legislation, effectively imbuing police with total immunity for their actions, whenever the government declares a "major event".
13.02.2026 23:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Tony still hasn't reckoned with the fact his values and views are a minority.
That his outmoded xenophobic beliefs are detestable to the wider community, and that's why they turfed him from what was once one of the safest seats in the country.
Commiserations on the loss of your friend, FD.
The world is a lesser place without his cartoons. Vale Jon.
Gina has a whole stable of pets from all the RW parties. For her it's nothing more than pocket change.
13.02.2026 03:13 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In the reps he'd be one seat out of 150. And with more independents likely, he'd just disappear into the crowd.
The senate would give him freedom to travel virtually anywhere; grandstanding against onshore and offshore wind/solar/batteries, transmission lines, and championing his mining mates.
That's the biggest struggle I have at every election.
Which is the worst, the most worthless set of heartless, brainless pricks should I put LAST on the ballot?
Libs? Nats? One Nation? Family First, Palmer? ALP?
Gough was 50 years ago.
Gough wouldn't even be able to recognise the modern ALP.
They have morphed so far to the right, they are effectively indistinguishable from the LNP.
In fact the two are effectively interchangeable, with the exact same donors, policies, and self-serving, corrupt practices.
I dunno. I think that would leave him with even less power.
The senate, on the other hand, would guarantee him another 6 years of sitting on his arse with no responsibility, swanning around the country, visiting all the pubs & clubs, and stirring-up opposition to renewables.
I think everyone should start referring to Angus as "Well done Angus".
A piece of overcooked piece of meat, served-up by the Liberal Party, that is chewy, indigestible, mostly gristle, and smells strongly of corruption.
And isn't that by-election going to be fun for Well Done Angus with the Nats quick off the mark to throw their hat in the ring, competing with Gina's No Notion Puppet Party.
One can only hope the voters of Farrer see sense and elect an Independent, like they have in neighbouring Indi.
JFC! As someone with almost 30 years of experience in this area, the sheer waste of police staff and resources is staggering, so too the cost.
The redeployment of hundreds of frontline police from local communities is a huge drain, especially to see them pointlessly guarding a barricade.
Today, under the cover of the Liberals tearing each other down, Labor has approved another coal mine extension.
Extending Middlemount to 2044 means Labor has now approved 35 fossil fuel projects.
In the middle of the climate crisis, they're approving more coal & gas.
Did the ALP use the Lib Party leadership spill as cover for this announcement?

12.02.2026 10:08 β π 7 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Oh well, now you've explained it, that all sounds completely above board and not dodgy or corrupt in any way, doesn't it?
I mean, who among us doesn't own several Cayman Islands accounts, you know... just for the play-money.
And as we all know, ex-deputy PM Barnaby is totally trustworthy.
No mystery when money and old boys' private school connections are involved.
Angus & Tony perfectly encapsulate how perverted and irrelevant that scholarship actually is.
The Liberal Party are no longer scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for a leader, they've broken through and are foraging through the foetid chunks floating in the cesspit deep below.
12.02.2026 02:17 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A bloke so incompetent to remember to change facebook accounts when making false comments on his own post, really thinks he should be PM?
Angus is no doubt much admired by many in the LNP for his cleverness in ruthlessly rorting millions of dollars from taxpayers and getting away with it unscathed.
