ive used HLS sliders for video editing. it just makes sense to me. the color, how white/black it is, how bright/grey it is. it just seems simple. but my program got rid of the slider so now its all complicated

example; video has 105 total ratings, 70 likes, 35 dislikes. ~66 percent of the rating is likes. with a 5 star rating, 20 percent equals a full star, making 66 percent likes land the star rating at about 3.3, shown above or below the like/dislike button
i really wish there was a cosmetic youtube extension that calculated the percentages of a video's likes and dislikes, and converted that percentage into a star rating placed above it. non-interactable, just for show. i like the stars
