I turned 50 in December. My 40s were hard af. I was hoping my 50s would be better.

Yeah, so far that’s a pipe dream.

How did it differ from the book? Probably be awhile before I can get to read it as I have books more related to my writing to concentrate on.

I’m happy I found a therapist so easily, but starting with a new one right now is hard! I don’t have the initial trust I had with my old one, and I kind of need that right now. I know that comes in time, but uggg!
