That’s all I wanna say for now. Motivation will be able to be sustained if you have the right mindset, the right workflow, and are able to adapt as you go to adjust. Practice makes perfect and you won’t be perfect out the gate.

To expect growth is to forget why people watch streamers in the first place. It’s easy to get caught up in the minutiae of the content grind and focus in on the data, the dips, the bumps, the good and the bad with a community.
It doesn’t have to feel like a business, like a job
What you need is positive reinforcement. That helps your motivation. Did you stream? Treat yourself. Did you hit 2 or 3 hours that day? Treat yourself. Did you manage to stream every day for 3-5 days in a row for weeks on end? Treat yourself.
Take it easy, let loose, have fun
That’s one of those hidden secrets a lot of successful streamers have, yknow? They treat streaming as a place they settle in and have fun with friends. All it can take, and I am so serious about this: is relaxing and not beating yourself up when you mess up. Stop that.
Motivation is not a linear curve. It is wibbly-wobbly and some days you’ll feel more WOO than WEE!
Your mindset has to change if you want to be a content creator. It’s easy to lose hope if nothing goes right.
A growth mindset is so important for improving and having fun
Reiterate when you hit live. Talk as if you were talking to friends if it helps.
If it helps even, your main platform could easily be TikTok or YouTube starting out. There’s nothing wrong with that! No shame.
Just know that it could take years for you to be like your oshi
But you don’t have to feel like you have to always be on when you stream. You don’t need to feel like an extrovert to get attention. Everyone has their strengths, their weaknesses, their talents, their interests.
Explore your talents, your interests, and see what happens
In a few months, I’d be working with Vtubers for about 5 years. 5 years is a long time, a lot of case studies under my belt. I see patterns.
Work and financial situation tends to be the biggest external hurdles that I see plenty of small streamers face. It’s understandable
The motivation factor is a real chicken or the egg situation, right? Do you have the energy to stream in the first place? Do you have nervousness streaming to an empty room
Let’s reframe that
You don’t need to grow quick to be a valid content creator, though it may feel like it
A common issue I see pre-debut Vtubers have is finding the motivation to stream in the first place
The majority of people who stream are inconsistent
If you yourself made a ritual, a routine out of streaming, then you can get ahead of the curve

Follow-ups are 1 hour meetings to discuss the initial strategy that is set out in the initial onboarding meeting.We determine whether or not we need to pivot, adjust, or move forward with the next steps of the personalized strategy we set.

2) Do I work with small vtubers?
yes! Absolutely! I may not have slots open to the public for management in general (I am reserving slots for other clients right now), but I do have consultations open to the public.
