Saw a very cool sunset during run club. It was the most pleasant thing to happen today. This was southbound on Charles and maybe 25th.

Anyway here’s a peaceful sunset.

I fell asleep on the couch during the ravens game and woke up annoyed and super frustrated with everything in my life. This was a waste of a day and I wish I did not have to go to my job tomorrow.

One of my friends is leaving the job today and moving in to a different role. She’s one of the best humans I’ve ever met and I’m hopeful we will stay in touch, maybe even more than we had been. I just wish she had left the company entirely, this place is evil and she’s too Good for it.

Hades 2 is out on console and I haven’t heard anyone mention it?? Excited to get into it!

I kind of want to go to the Ravens game tomorrow night mostly because I have the perfect shirt for it. It’s a black Mr. Trashwheel/Ravens collaboration from his birthday party this summer.

Only good thing they have going for them is their white and gold jerseys, but they way they are playing the shouldn’t be allowed to wear such a nice looking kit.

A friend sent me a meme about how the #Saints aren’t the worst team in the NFL because Miami played bad. Fast forward to Saints against Seahawks, they just had multiple fouls push them back to have a point blocked. This drive after a punt return TD. This Saints team is garbo but I still love them.

I recently joined r/solotravel because I want to travel (and if friends aren’t joining me on shared days off I don’t expect them to also travel with me ((passive aggressive much? Damn)). Some recent posts have been “I’m traveling and I don’t like it” which is so great to read (sarcastic too??)

Getting drunk on purpose is like eating fried food; I got Local Fry, knowing it would be mediocre and I was correct and don’t feel like eating anything else today. The similarities are a bit vague, but they are there.

Every time I think “I’ll just get drunk at home!” I drink a tiny amount and get bored. I’ll probably give it another go tonight.

I think I know what it’s like to be the stereotypical old man at the end of the bar, not talking to anyone except bartender and occasionally awkward conversation with the unlucky soul who comes near. Except I’m tipsy off two beers.

Caught myself before I started to get too much into my own head about being alone. The self doubt was beginning to speak up. It feels like it’s more on pause right now rather than fully kicked aside.
