Today marks the 36th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster. Please stop what you’re doing at 3.06pm and take time to think of the 97 Liverpool fans who lost their lives. They will never be forgotten.

Wes! Though teaching my 2 year old goddaughter to sing 'Teemu Pukki baby' when her Grandad is an Ipswich fan will always make me smile!!

I want to know how they achieved an impossible task by getting it down to 11! Scotland is breathtakingly beautiful with stunning views everywhere! I would love to be walking my dog on Dores Beach and looking down Loch Ness right now. Scotland is good for the soul!

Bobby this made me smile cause exactly the sort of thing my eldest would do! Always been fascinated by numbers and now he's an actuary. His little Godsister was excited for him "now he can do tricky maths all day."

At least I've been spared stupidly late nights/early mornings with the Tar Heels out early. Happy to watch the rest next day. Now cheering for whoever is playing Dook!

Someone needs to invent some kind of online calculator whereby we Brits can put in our recent healthcare appointments/meds/experiences and it’ll calculate what it would cost on average in the USA. Just to hammer home how bloody lucky we are to have the NHS and how fiercely we need to protect it.

And @linanderson.bsky.social Rhona MacCloud series, always feels like catching up with old friends when reading these. Same for Alex Gray, Marion Todd and Neil Lancaster. That should keep you busy, with added bonus of being in Scotland in your head whilst reading!

The Logan series by @jdkirk.bsky.social. Apparently murder isn't supposed to be funny but this series makes me laugh out loud every time!

I always reckon anything that salty must last forever! In the UK but have to have vegemite for toast and marmite for cheese and marmite sandwiches.

Definition of a woman of ‘a certain age’:
- Too old to be bullied & intimidated.
- Too young to be patronised & ignored.

Terrifying to men of a certain type.
