I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it’s okay to share and do what you love, even now—especially now.

Things feel really urgent—because they are—but connection and joy matter too. Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean you’re not paying attention. It means you’re human.

I went from drawing everyday to barely finishing anything for years now cuz nothing i create seems good enough to mee aaa 😭✨ I hope I grow out of this mindset soon

Yeah I seem to really need a long ass break cause adult responsibilities take energy aswellll. Idk my job clearly sucks the creativity out if me 😭 ADHD + autism rlly makes my life a bit harder to manage
