iirc Doug TenNapel owns the rights to Earthworm Jim comics, Interplay owns the rights to Earthworm Jim games and some other company owns the right to cartoons, but that new one seems to be abandoned
It’s a real mess lol
REAL!
This reply also made me sad realising if Earthworm Jim wasn’t stuck in licensing hell or was handed to competent people and not the team behind the Amico, we could be getting cool games like Bubsy 4D for earthworm Jim made by people who actually love the games and would want to do it right
All I can think of is last month he went semi-viral on Twitter for some awful looking AI generated Earthworm Jim animation he posted and was basically getting ratio’d by every person in the replies telling him it sucked lmao
I know why the YouTube algorithm is mysterious and unknowable so people don’t constantly abuse it
But in this one case I’d like it to be a little knowable, why suddenly my Earthworm Jim video that barely anyone watched when it came out
Mysterious…
gotta add it to the list alongside Anthem and Babylon's Fall of live service games I was meaning to try out before they closed but left too long to actually try out lol
downloaded highguard to try it out of curiosity before the chance to play it went away forever only to find out the servers closed down 12 hours ago oops
This is so evil
"I’ve been making YouTube videos for nearly half my life"
Yet you fail to mention how there's nothing funnier than comments from ppl who haven't watched your whole video and saying something they think you missed...
“Did you know the zombies in Black Ops DS only spawn at the two closest windows next to you?”
wow dude that’s crazy try watching my video for 5 more minutes
I’ve been making YouTube videos for nearly half my life but there’s still nothing funnier than getting a comment from someone who clearly hasn’t watched the whole video yet, saying something they think I missed or didn’t notice when I go on to say that exact same thing in the video later
I really thought after playing through several Silent Hill games I would be prepared to get through Resident Evil 2 Remake and not find it that scary
I was wrong I was wrong I was wrong I was wrong I hate you I hate you I hate you I was so wrong oh my god I was so wrong
The trial version of Star Devastator (スターデバステーター), a keitai-exclusive #Konami game, was preserved by @yuvi.app! Released in 2003, this was an ambitious 3D rail shooter that was only released for i-mode devices. This may have been one of the earliest 3D keitai games.

found an incredibly important Marathon Infinity mod
Most of the footage of the famous 2000 "Super Mario 128" tech demo was recorded with handheld cameras by the audience, with the presenter drowning out the game sound. Only 10 seconds of direct feed footage exist, which reveal that the sound was a cacophony of Marios screaming.
I'm very glad I decided to record this episode across multiple days because I just edited this recording session and my phone vibrated 3 times in the background so I'm gonna have to re-record those lines and had the entire 1+ hour long recording been like that I would've gotten violent
This makes me sad, something as beautiful as the Sega Saturn shouldn’t have to be put into a zombie apocalypse situation : ( if I was Grace I’d be running out of that building with it asap
THIS IS WHAT SAM ALTMAN WANTS TO TAKE FROM YOU
We cannot and should not let generative AI take away these tiny, insignificant, but probably fun as hell jobs from artists
fuuuuuuck noooo
oh my god check any channel. they've stopped mr domino.
I’m 10 minutes into recording and I regret this immediately
Force-femme? Self-Discovery? Bit of both? The Punk-to-Lebanne theory leaves some fun gaps to fill.
"Are you taking good care of your Mag?
You must remember to give it lots of love!
OK?"
everybody loves the dreamcast mag
It was a film so bad that somehow Claptrap ended up being my favourite part of it
