The reason I got this AU is because someone's questioning if Mr Tinker is Eggman's original self before becoming deranged. Given that humans are cruel, especially GUN associates, maybe he has his fair share of bad experiences that makes him become the Eggman everyone knows.

As for Sonic I actually like both Roger and Junichi but what I find unique about Junichi is that his happiness is infectious. When I hear his sonic voice it makes me want to smile. You can feel energy in every syllable and of course Sonics English/Japanese mix is cute
