So this tornado here that hit Somerset tonight was issued as a PDS tornado warning after it had gone through Somerset because NWS Jackson KY is short meteorologists. It was never upgraded to a tornado emergency because there are no lead meteorologists at that office with the authority to issue it.

A fantastic and highly photogenic chase yesterday near North Platte, Nebraska with multiple landspout tornadoes and a top-tier shelf cloud. I love the rays of light and muted color behind the funnels, just wish we could have gotten even closer. The shelf was a spectacular finale too! #NEwx #tornado

Some unfinished maps of Tetra, fictional world for which I draw and write. The top two projections are elevation maps. The others are of ocean currents, surface winds, and atmospheric pressure. There is an info blurb about time measurements written both in base-10 and base-24.

Storytelling and worldbuilding (plus braindead impulse) are calling the shots on what I visualize, so crediting both makes sense to me. Even if I barely ever share undiluted worldbuilding.
