it sucks so bad, learned about it too when i got my first attempt at a commission out of the blue lmao, i was so stressed i wouldnt be able to get the money out of paypal cuz of my dumbass bank 🥀🥀 managed to work it out tho
i havent been able to properly do commissions because my bank straight up prevents me from using any common application for receiving money online, and ive asked several times to have it changed over but no luck yet lma
this stupid situation is a back and forth, im making my way to finding some kind of part time to have some sense of peace out of this mess, but its somewhat okay now
