One address change showed me that my presence on the App Store is fragile. I decided to treat every App Store interaction like defusing a bomb now π

I'm super hyped for Mix 2.0 and Remix, their upcoming UI component library! I can't wait to try it in HabitKit π
09.08.2025 07:15 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Lesson from my App Store nightmare: Daily revenue checks aren't enough. My app was removed from ALL EU stores but revenue looked "normal" because 80% comes from US/UK/Canada. Is there an easy way to monitor "uptime" (availability) for each App Store?
08.08.2025 07:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Binge-watching YouTube all day = zero energy.
One day of deep focus on my work projects = unstoppable momentum.
I started reading "Learn Like A Pro" and really like it so far. I wish I had already discovered it while I was still at university. Lots of good and practical advice for building better work systems.
06.08.2025 07:37 β π 7 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A strange review for an app that doesn't even have an account system. It seems like my app on Google Play has been heavily targeted by spammers in the past few days.
05.08.2025 09:21 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Is there a way to work around the 64 notification limit on iOS without building a backend and use something like Firebase Cloud Messaging? Would love to keep it local π€
04.08.2025 10:55 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My definition of success for a mobile app developer: Turning off RevenueCat notifications on your smartphone because they start to annoy you.
01.08.2025 16:48 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Fun fact: I wouldnβt have noticed this if a potential user hadnβt emailed me asking why my app isnβt available in Italy. I usually just check HabitKitβs daily revenue, and the US/Canada/UK numbers completely dwarf the EU revenue π
31.07.2025 08:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It's all sorted out now, but that's why my apps weren't available on the EU App Stores for 24 hours. π«£
30.07.2025 12:15 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Scary: I wanted to change my contact address in App Store Connect, but there was an issue with Apple's verification process. Instead of reverting to the old, already verified address, they decided to remove all my apps from the EU App Stores.
30.07.2025 12:15 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 1Last month, my app HabitKit achieved its lowest churn rate ever. Feels like progress π

Having savings when I went full indie back in 2022 was super important for my journey.
It gave me room to experiment and the freedom to build without panic.
Donβt quit without a backup plan. Burnout hits fast when rent depends on day 1 revenue.
Summer is a double-edged sword for my indie app business.
Growth slows down heavily. But churn drops, support emails quiet down, and users who stick around are truly engaged.
Not bad, just different.
Just started reading "My Indie Book" by Tony Dinh.
I was always fascinated by his journey and used all his apps. Hoping to learn a lot from one of the best in the indie game π
Got this review for HabitKit and it made my day:
β...actually helps me stay on track without feeling overwhelming.β
Thatβs the goal. Build better habits without burnout!
The state of Android development π Home screen widgets are broken on Android 15 for some users and I have no idea how to fix it...
