The upcoming HabitKit.app update will let users set multiple reminders for a habit. A highly requested feature is the ability to set a different time for weekends. Happy to finally get this one out!

Lesson from my App Store nightmare: Daily revenue checks aren't enough. My app was removed from ALL EU stores but revenue looked "normal" because 80% comes from US/UK/Canada. Is there an easy way to monitor "uptime" (availability) for each App Store?

I started reading "Learn Like A Pro" and really like it so far. I wish I had already discovered it while I was still at university. Lots of good and practical advice for building better work systems.

A strange review for an app that doesn't even have an account system. It seems like my app on Google Play has been heavily targeted by spammers in the past few days.

Is there a way to work around the 64 notification limit on iOS without building a backend and use something like Firebase Cloud Messaging? Would love to keep it local 🤔

My definition of success for a mobile app developer: Turning off RevenueCat notifications on your smartphone because they start to annoy you.

Fun fact: I wouldn’t have noticed this if a potential user hadn’t emailed me asking why my app isn’t available in Italy. I usually just check HabitKit’s daily revenue, and the US/Canada/UK numbers completely dwarf the EU revenue 😅

It's all sorted out now, but that's why my apps weren't available on the EU App Stores for 24 hours. 🫣

Scary: I wanted to change my contact address in App Store Connect, but there was an issue with Apple's verification process. Instead of reverting to the old, already verified address, they decided to remove all my apps from the EU App Stores.

Last month, my app HabitKit achieved its lowest churn rate ever. Feels like progress 🙌

Anyone else using Cursor to manage their writing? I'm super productive in this familiar environment as a developer.

Having savings when I went full indie back in 2022 was super important for my journey.

It gave me room to experiment and the freedom to build without panic.

Don’t quit without a backup plan. Burnout hits fast when rent depends on day 1 revenue.

Summer is a double-edged sword for my indie app business.

Growth slows down heavily. But churn drops, support emails quiet down, and users who stick around are truly engaged.

Not bad, just different.

I was always fascinated by his journey and used all his apps. Hoping to learn a lot from one of the best in the indie game 👌
