Four different sketches. The overall feel is bleak and dark, and common elements include crosses, snow, ruins and medieval buildings, as well as a short-haired character in in ragged clothes.

A horned and almost entirely covered creature stands in the middle of the picture. Frayed layers flow around its body, kind of disintegrating as they move. A dark face with bright eyes is barely visible. Behind it, we see a stony and almost organic setting in mostly cool colours. In the bottom of the frame, we see a small character looking at the giant creature, standing on an organic-looking pathway.

A large, reddish figure whose body is predominantly made of rows of bones and exposed flesh, sits on a huge stone throne. They hold a long staff with its tip spreading out into smaller branches, which emit a warm light. Above their head, a pale-yellow halo glows in multiple spikes. To the left of the canvas, a smaller, mannequin-like character stands before them on top of a hand shaped stone platform.

A huge monster with (at least) four arms, two considerably larger than the others, several horns and a blood-looking substance dripping from its open mouth, is coming out of a misty portal in a round, stone altar surrounded by tall walls with sculptures/engravings. We see several human characters in red robes lying dead on the floor.

A ghostly white head with long hair and a circlet is trapped in a glass jar with a metal, spiky lid tied with chains. The head is screaming with its mouth open wide, while a purple ooze flows from it. The jar is on top of an altar of sorts with runic inscriptions on the steps leading to it. Behind it, a huge, dark creature with long extremities looms over the scene, with its hands surrounding the jar.

A dark and rainy sci-fi alley with blocky buildings, neon lights and cables hanging. In the bottom right corner, a light/tan skinned, long haired character in a leather jacket, jeans and leather boots rests on a metal handrail while holding a taser gun. To his left, a dark-skinned character with black hair shaved on the side, dressed similarly but with a red skirt, meddles with a hi-tech lock, trying to break in. Above her, a light-skinned, blonde character in a tight protective suit climbs to a near balcony, peeking into a lit window. Towards the back of the alley, a group of three homeless people sit around a burn barrel. At the very end, another building with green neon lights covers the whole background, faded into a hazy atmosphere.

Oldish piece (from about 8 years ago?), which I was pretty proud of back then. Still dig the atmosphere of this one, might need to borrow it for something else.

Mwindaji, Remnant Leader
Image of Mwindaji, a named Remnant (a type of living weapon in Ha-Nahn that is formed when a weapon absorbs so much hatred and malice from its owner that it tries to keep on fighting even after that person dies) stalking forward through an eerie yellow orange night with a full moon. She wears a purple torn and tattered garment with great blades for her arms and a masked, eyeless face. She leads a small troop of others behind her as though prepared to destroy an unsuspecting village. Her body is full of indications of damage from previous battles and yet she still exists.

Backwater: Scavenger
A dark skinned woman dressed in a thick almost firefighter like dark red jacket moves through an abandoned facility with an old style lantern lifted up. She looks worried and scared as eyes glow in the background behind her.

Roads Uncharted
A wizard holds his lantern aloft in a creepy forest. Mist and haze obscure things around him as he examines large monolithic stones with strange runes on them. The stones are covered with moss and vegetation.

Spirit Ambush
An illustration man of medium complexion with slicked back hair and an aquiline nose wearing thick furs and with a sword slung over his back is seen from a low angle in what appears to be a cave. He has a lit torch in his right hand illuminating the space, orange and red light bouncing around a greenish tinted background. He seems uncertain as he looks around. In the background a spirit looms over him, threatening him. It’s a strange hulking creature with a massive back hump, a circular head that seems to have no face, just a sphere of energy and horns jutting from it. One arm is a reaching the fingered claw; the other is a writhing mass of tentacles. The figure hasn’t seen the entity stalking him but seems to be looking around as if he suspects something is there but isn’t sure as to what. He doesn’t seem scared, but he should be.
