Saw a bunch of posts wondering how the App Store logo works (is it just sticks??), so I made a little 3D printed visualization of the 3 tilted app icons that come together to make it, it's really quite clever!

Makes for a fun desk ornament too ☺️

The design has actually evolved from a more-complex interwoven design all the way to actual popsicle sticks in Liquid Glass.

They took away the Command modifier and these just don't work at all now.

There’s a certain level of “If you don’t know at all, you don’t need it.”

But I’m curious for all types of developers, or especially folks who work with developers but aren’t themselves.
