I have the the Ford book too, it's so smart and breathtaking, especially considering most of the works are huge watercolors!

My works landed safely to Germany, so I'll have these in #eurofurence art show, thanks to Rhazz (I was sure he was on bsky but I can't find him).
Prices will start low as I don't have to travel. Take a look if you are there! Buy these so he won't have to take them back! Help an agent! πͺ

With the family at my parent's country home, I brought a copy of my art book to visit the childhood places that shaped my imagination - and inspired some of my most personal works!
Available as always at:

I decided I will share most of the illustrations @scalerandiart.bsky.social has made for my series of books: Lost Stars! It's a furry dark fantasy trilogy and it's currently available from @fusselschwarm.bsky.social!
Something new might be in the works π
Let's start with something spicy! π¦
Back view of a nude anthropomorphic female rabbit. She's standing but leaning on a chair's back, her right legs lifted and resting on it displaying the bottom of her foot.
Based on one of the warmup sketches I (try to) do regularly from various references. Many are studies of poses which aren't very interesting and are only worth doing for technical practice, but occasionally I stumble upon a pose that jolts my imagination and deserves a more complete drawing.

A key point in Fahrenheit 451 is that books were banned because they made people depressed and uncomfortable. The novel's protagonist, Montag, is taken into custody after he reads a poem that makes a woman cry because she realizes the emptiness of her life.

28.07.2025 19:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I used to write Benji the Hunted fan fiction on my mom's old typewriter as a kid, as well as invented furry stories and probably some early d&d stuff too. Back when even the letters or ink stripe getting stuck was fun rather than rage-inducing XD

From the last sketch I did during my wife's pregnancy, a few days before delivery. A vision that's not easily forgotten.
Thereβs a few in her home city of Bordeaux including some awesome sculptures. I hope to be able to see the horse fair in RL some day, it has to be truly breath talking!

Rosa Bonheur is my favourite animal painter of all times! I had a chance of seeing many of her originals in France and they do stand out compared to the other XIX century animal paintings. Others were good, but only her managed to capture the animal character so deeply.

Pencil portrait of an anthropomorphic female wolf. She's visibly pregnant and sitting comfortably on a sofa. A cat with dark fur is curled up on the sofa on her side.
"Wait"
I still hadn't posted the last couple drawings I did based on live sketches of my wife during pregnancy, even thought our second baby was born in June - healthy and with a super fast delivery too! This drawing also starring our cat Yuri.
Buona fortuna! ProverΓ² anch'io uno screening per l'artrtite dopo l'estate, non ho mai avuto infiammazioni delle articolazioni ma a livello ortopedico ho esaurito le opzioni. :-P

14.07.2025 11:40 β π 394 π 86 π¬ 3 π 0Frontal portrait of an anthropomorphic long-eared owl with spread wings. She is surrounded by stretched barbed wires, some of which are entwined around her arms. Her arms are crossed on the chest, unable to move, and have multiple scars on them. Some of the wires form a round shape around her head and have dead mice skewered on the barbs, forming a sort of macabre halo.

Do owls have nightmares too?
Inspired by Sandro Botticelli's "Man of Sorrows" and by the fact my wrists and forearms have been in faint but almost constant pain for about ten years now. It's manageable with physical therapy and 1/3

Back in the day, London had tens of thousands of "cat meats men" - vendors of horse meat and offal sold to the city's multitude of cat owners for their cats. They were quite an institution, these men, it seems. publicdomainreview.org/essay/the-ca... #caturday

I got it last year and it has been a massive inspiration since then. Totally recommended.
