Personal triumph I'm celebrating today, as I've just hit my initial weight loss goal after 9 months of trying to get healthy!

I've now lost 47lbs (~21kg) from my heaviest-ever weight, which was measured last year, and I feel pretty damn pleased with myself 💪💪💪

What a day! We absolutely SMASHED through our initial goal and ended up raising over $1,000 for charity.

My shower is looking very blue now…
