8 accused of antifa ties convicted on terrorism charges over shooting at Texas immigration facility A federal jury has convicted eight people accused of having links to antifa on terrorism charges over what prosecutors called an attack on a Texas immigration detention center.

This case out of Texas is a legitimate use of 18 USC 2339A, which requires proof that these defendants knew their material support would be used in a terrorist attack. But Bondi’s spin that DOJ is dismantling “Antifa” is nonsensical political spin.

What a joke. FBI agents are not street brawlers. They interview witnesses, uncover documents, analyze intelligence, and testify in court, usually while wearing a suit and tie. Just one more frolic for Kash at taxpayer expense.
