A very very gorgeous tortie half grown kitten, poking her head out from in between two blankets. She's tucked into a pink fluffy bed, with a grey patterned blanket on the right, and a yellow starry blanket on the left.

Maeve is a little unhappy because I stole her cave, but she had groomed it so much (??) and it was very soggy and needed washing. So I've given her lots of blankets to hide amongst and we've had a huge snuggle, purring, and a kiss on her little head.

Welcome back to the butterflies. Last year was such a disaster due to all that rain. I didn’t think they would recover so quickly but just look !

It was such a surprise this morning to see this Luna Moth at the community garden! And I was lucky because as you can see, it was pretty well camouflaged on a banana pepper plant. It might have been laying eggs? This is one of the largest moths in North America. #moths
