I have been working on getting actual sleep this last week. It's an odd feeling to think so clearly with sleep.

Now to pair with exercise and hopefully I can sleep the full 8 hours.

If I can get enough sleep and rest regularly then hopefully my weight loss journey will show results and I won't be as bitchy.

Small steps each day. 😽

Starting the day again.

Small event today I am helping put on at work. I've been working on my sleep (it sucks) and it's been working. So I feel rested. Still don't want to deal with work but that's life.

I have two cats. This is Jynx. She likes to sleep on my chest and give me judgmental stares.

She loves me.

I've been struggling with sleep lately. With the world as it is and my own life with it hurdles, my mind has been keeping me up and wearing me down.

Finally found something thay works but playing catch up with life.

I'm not the best at posting all the time but will try what I can.

Had a bit of a rough weekend with my emotions but the hubby helped me get it out.

Not sure what to do with my first post but to say about what's in front on me

I am putting Nair on my legs.

It's not awful though, I wish the hair came out easier and I don't like waiting the full time (10 minutes) but it's the best I got so far.

Shaving sucks, the bumps the irritation.. Done.
