I'm not entirely sure what to do when my Royal Mail tracking page is telling me I need to pay a customs charge and they'll hold my parcel till I do so (I quibble this as I did pay tax etc. via Etsy) but when I go to the page to pay it says there's no charges associated with the parcel.

Episode three was where it started to hit its stride for me. It made me watch another episode straight after, which is usually when I know I've become invested. (That, and talking at the TV 😅)
