I think that if you want to search for random people sadly the feed is the only way for that for now. I think there could an search with tags be added so you can filter people with certain "content warnings"

You can set the max time for the interactions. Sadly there is no separate setting for primary yet, but it could be a good idea for devs to add (so you can have even longer interactions in secondary realms, and max time for primary)
