I never noticed until last weekend's rewatch of Halloween II that Nurse Karen (who gets her face boiled off in the scalding hydrotherapy tub) is played by Pamela Susan Shoop, who was also Maggie in the Knight Rider pilot AND Marta from the Knight Rider fourth season premiere!

During spooky season 28 years ago, a friend brought over a copy of Halloween (1978) and I watched it for the first time. Now it (and its 1981 sequel) are two of my favorite horror movies of all time.

Having just watched them again tonight, my opinion hasn't changed.

I remember having arguments on CompuServe about which was the better game, Duke3D or Quake. In the end, they're both landmark games, but people who prefer one over the other just value different things. Back then I valued environment detail, world interactivity, and crass humor the most, ha.

I won't comment on whether this price is still a decent value for everything you get, but I can say with certainty that it's a price I'm not willing to pay.

Very interested in Silent Hill f, but am worried I won't like the actual gameplay since I hear it's kinda Souls-like. That genre is total kryptonite to my tastes.

Forced to endure a 3-hour refinement call about a new project, then less than an hour later, was asked to provide--solo, without help--the estimated time to completion for that project.

Offered my estimate, then was told it needed to be half that.
