I know what you mean. When everyone got along incredibly well over the years and somehow they become toxic. The best thing to do (even though it's hard), ignore the toxicity and go with those who like/love your work.

Taking university courses in elementary education and had my first two hours of being an intern at my old elementary school. Observed the teachers, students and classrooms.
