I made a low carb pork and mushroom lasagna. It contains about one pound each of ground pork and white button mushrooms. I kept the spice mild; just a little chipotle, baharat, italian, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. It came out pretty well.

I did a digital sign with a RPi Zero. Amazingly small, cheap, and easy. The only complication was figuring out how to make the sign software image join my wifi. I think it was about $50 for the RPi, sd card, power supply, and case.
