Plant you feet. Find your resources.
Gentle touches. Soft voices. A cup of water. A little human fertilizer (which we all know is coffee... a plant).
Life matters to every individual including that plant you keep forgetting to water.
Plants don't have a brain. Yet they can learn, hear, react to sound& touch& find water. They can remember & be conditioned. they find the light. These are all things that you can observe yourself. Like a seed, you contain everything inside you to grow and be.
