Don’t really understand the political strategy in picking a fight with petrol stations about ‘price gouging’.
If oil prices stay high, petrol prices are going up. And assuming the govt aren’t going to subsidise drivers, they just look weak.
Better to start pinning as much blame as possible on Trump.
Star Peace
Obviously we all knew (on here anyway) this war was a bad idea but the level of fuck-up is off the scale. The incompetence is like nothing I've seen before.
His whole life, Trump has always had someone else around to bail him out of the messes he creates: his father, Allen Weisselberg, the "adults in the room" in his first term. Now all those protectors are gone and he is openly begging for someone to save him from his own folly.
There's a hauntingly beautiful irony in these morons thinking that carefully crafted American hegemony was actually weak and woke, and they would be the ones who would do Power and Dominance properly, and immediately bringing everything crashing down
Dire Strait……
A single shot rings out.
I see the US President is now after the support of the U.K. & EU to reopen the Strait of Hormuz despite saying six days ago that he’d “won the war”.
In my opinion if he wants support it should come with a heavy price tag to support Ukraine & reimpose sanctions on Russian oil.
Silly me, I should have thought of ‘do I want my family murdered if we go to Jewish stuff’ before telling Donny and Bibi my great personal friends what a wonderful idea it would be to bomb Iran.
Yeah I dunno what to do with this
1. Obviously bad policy
2. We do need to tax the hell out of billionaires here for reasons aside from revenue
3. I think “we’re gonna lower your taxes and tax the fat cats” is a winning message
4. Probably gonna piss people off when they doesn’t happen
“I lost my job after harassing a complete stranger in the street because he’s Jewish”
I used to play Risk a lot in high-school. Here’s how many troops I think it will take to hold the Strait of Hormuz.
Let's be clear: you would not be pulling THAADs from South Korea and moving a Marine Expeditionary Unit from Japan to the Gulf two weeks after launching a war on Iran if you had properly anticipated the fallout it would be likely to cause.
*small curtained off area in his house.
The Strait of Hormuz is open for transit
Not the most important thing but why are the hats worn like that with the strap half way up the face rather than under the chin?
Can't see that it's doing anything to keep the hat on the head like that.
Good Lord.
Or, hear me out, put their road tax up to £1m a year.
Guy seems to survive entirely on pints and fags. Nom zero chance he doesn’t make it to the election.
i would like to have people take war seriously
This would probably hit harder had he not spent yesterday wanging on about badgers.
Hormuz replacement therapy
I keep seeing people ask about the 25th Amendment.
Guys. His entire Cabinet is walking around in shoes that don’t fit because they’re scared to take them off.
The 25th is never happening.
Can this be a solution?
The BBC has signed a deal with Studio Lambert that will keep The Traitors and The Celebrity Traitors on the BBC until at least 2030.
A massive sieve.
