Had a proper night sleep for the first time in ages.
Not having my back bent in weird eldritch position all night might have helped.
My back seems to be doing very well after just one night of proper rest. Hopefully this is the sign that all is well & healing.

Been getting new follow now & then but numba' lookin' like it doesn't go up at all, making me feel like I've gone crazy. Seems like it's stabilizing for me but it was crazy at some point.

I have determined my hard limit is more than 6 and sometime even 6 makes tummy go brrrrrr

Feelin' a bit down and since the end of the week is gonna be a weebit stressful with irl stuff I'll call a rest break until either Sunday/Monday. I'll be working on some stuff too in the meantime.
