Nature is a natural way to reduce anxiety and stress, to regulate the nervous system. Things like this would help with pollution and giving us something to enjoy seeing when traveling to the miriad of places we must go.

If possible, use compression socks to help blood flow. Red light therapy is also helpful for inflammation and blood flow. Soak in empson salt baths a few times a week, and if you can afford it, massage therapy can help. While chronic pain is awful, if possible please do some self-care to help.
