Federal agents use Penske rental truck as 'Trojan Horse' to raid Los Angeles Home Depot Border Patrol agents reportedly arrested 16 people at a Home Depot in Westlake on Wednesday. They utilized Penske trucks to carry out the arrests.

While using these trucks for raids is probably not illegal, it flies in the face of the latest 9th Circuit order to stop making arrests without probable cause.
