I'm guessing that this year-old webcam was initially set to the wrong year when they took it out of the box and the web app is now grabbing those mis-dated photos.

I doubt CORe ever sees the light of day. It uses the FV3 core and now that's being shelved for MPAS. CORe replaced a new reanalysis that was nearly ready for release, but didn't use FV3, so it was shelved.

It's still entirely possible (likely?) that this causes more problems than solutions.

Since the Campbell Creek RAWS station stops transmitting when the temp drops below -16F, I placed a sensor next to the station. It dropped to -30F this morning (and -27F yesterday morning).

I'm surprised it hung on as long as it did. It was on autopilot for years.
