just for context, did a weird fucky wucky with my wrist in march by overusing it/stretched it wrong and essentially strained it bad and since then my thumb just goes numb if i'm 'overworking' it too much

rubs chin, i should probably find an art workflow that doesnt strain my hand as much anymore.... the amount of times my thumb just goes numb cause im trying to do some sort of lineart is crazy

i also know i probably have so many bad habits so maybe thats why its hard for me to improve..... idk....

i know i should continue to learn the basics and most importantly do case studies but i feel like i dont know how to structure my case studies in a way that my adhd brain understands? and its so fustratingggggg
