I'm thinking ID4 simply because of the iconic and indelible imagery and performances (plus the glorified smoking). It elevated Will Smith from Fresh Prince/Bad Boy to Superstar. It was a much needed shot in the arm to the wide scale disaster genre, and it had a great ad campaign.
