What has DEI — diversity, equity and inclusion — done for U.S. workers and employers? President Trump has painted a bullseye on diversity, equity and inclusion. But what exactly is DEI, and what has it achieved?

My colleagues are contacted regularly by recruiters. I never am. Why? Because I‘m over 50 (ageism is rampant in Europe). DEI doesn’t mean I would automatically be hired because of my age. It just means employers would know I exist and find out how qualified I am.

I’m very curious to see the final result of this 3D printed eco-house currently under construction in Italy. The printed material is clay sourced from the building site supported by a wood structure.
